The Falafel Guys serves traditional Syrian street food. It's the brainchild of Syrian refugee leader Ahmad Altaouil. The flatbread used in their falafel wraps, crepes, and Syrian pizzas is made fresh directly in our kitchen, by using a “pillow” known as a kara and a traditional Saj oven. The Falafel Guys menu has many vegan and vegetarian options!
